You are bidding on an exceptional copy of a disc from the obscure bluesman Tallahassee Tight.  This disc was issued in 1934 and was previously from the Don Kent collection.
Tallahassee Tight's real name was Louis Washington - his output consists of 8 sides issued on 4 discs by ARC in 1934, and he is one of the very few recorded Florida bluesmen.
This disc rarely is found in such a high grade as this disc.  Visual condition is a solid E, but there is a slight background graininess as expected with Melotone releases.
I am usually a buyer of blues discs but I have decided to sell this one due to the fact that I have another exceptional copy on the obscure Domino label.  This disc deserves to be appreciated and certainly would be a highlight of any 78 Blues collection.  I have collected blues 78's for many years and am comfortable with grading and for safely shipping these fragile discs.
