CONDITION of FOLDER: VERY GOOD

CONDITION of RECORD: V

NOTES: The folder has a 1904 date on front cover and a 1918 date inside. Amazingly there are no bottom seam splits on any of the 10 inner sleeves. Minimal pencil writing inside cover. Outside of folder shows slight shelf wear and an area where a sticker was removed. Small tear at top of spine. Spine has letter D printed on it. Included is a Harry Lauder one-sided 78 record in V to V- shape. This record is included so I can send this by media mail.
