Using the old 78 rpm grading scale of N-E-V-G-F-P, I would say this is V. I did not play grade because I have no 78 player. Visually there is spindle wear both sides; there are scuffs and marks on "Still" side but no deep scratches; "Jones" is cleaner; both sides show moderate groove wear. No chips, etc, etc. This was kept in a paper sleeve throughout its existance.
