Description

78 rpm: Billie Holiday- vocal jazz. Big band era. Billie was one of the first great jazz song stylist interpreters in the swing song tradition. She began her career in 1933 and went on into the late 1950s. She said she was influenced by Louis Armstrong, and she herself went on to influence countless others

Condition: V-,at the beginning and end..improves to EE- in the middle. Must have been played with a heavy tone arm as the beginning and end show pronounced wear. Still very listenable and historically an important record

All records are play graded on a modern professional turntable, using a brand new Stanton 2.7 mil stylus, and use the standard 78 rpm grading system
