78 rpm- Billie Holiday sings Fine & Mellow & Strange Furit on Commodore Music Shop 526. Record is in E+ cond. Just a couple light scuffs which do not sound. About the cleanest copy I've seen on this title. Of course Strange Fruit was the controversial song about mistreatment of blacks, lynchings, etc., that Columbia Records wanted no part of, so Billie went to Commodore to record it. Billie is the great jazz song stylist of the 1930s-50s...
