Description

Elvis Presley 78 rpm acetate demo "Beach Boy Blues" for Blue Hawaii - YouTube

Video will open in a new window

[isdntekvideo]

Artist: Unknown singer. Title: Beach Boy Blues. Format: one sided 10" 78 rpm acetate. Label: Associated Recording Studios New York. Condition acetate: VG. With old folded sheet music that came in the sleeve. Jacket: vintage storage sleeve.   Great Hill & Range demo version later recorded by Elvis Presley for the film Blue Hawaii. This acetate was probably cut to demo the song to Elvis! See the writing on the top left corner of the sheet music.
This came with a collection of  New York Brill Building Julian Aberbach produced 7" and 10" acetates. Will be listing some other 60's soul and hillbilly rockabilly country titles from this collection in the coming days.
