Description
78 rpm. Fred Astaire sings 6 songs from the 1937 RKO- Radio Pictures feature film, Shall We Dance, in which he costarred with Ginger Rogers. The music is a memorable, and written by George & Ira Gershwin..The 3 records are in an extremely rare, and well made Japanese Lucky album set. Set has an embossed cover with Fred and Ginger pictured-and 3 inside sleeves with other pictures of the dancing duo.....Album is strong, in excellent condition but for Ginger's face being cut off the cover pic, and one light gouge..Inside has light wear and perhaps some light mold which s/b able to be cleaned. In 40 years of collecting I've never seen or heard of another copy of this rare set.....The records are all Brunswick master pressed as follows:
