Made in England
Comprised of Sonatas Op. 14, Op. 27 and Op. 109
Album jacket shows some general wear, but is still in quite decent condition for its age.
The sleeves that hold the first two (op. 14) records have come apart at the two tiny steel rings (that help hold the record in place) near the spine. This causes a small amount of paper damage (portion torn off) to the opposite side of the sleeve in these areas. The seams are otherwise in tact and the sleeves still hold the records okay, but they will shift around in the sleeve if you don’t use care. Sleeves are still completely appended to the spine of the album. Records will be secured for shipment.
Libretto insert shows a few creases and some light, small stains (typical with an old import), but is still decent.
Records are extremely well-preserved, and retain their original blackness and luster, obviously played sparingly.
The first two records (op. 14) do have just a few tiny marks/digs on one side from the aforementioned steel rings of the sleeve, but these do not create distractions of any significant length if they sound, and the sides play strong, VG+, with just some typical surface noise of a used 78.
Records are otherwise very clean, appear EXCELLENT or better
