78 rpm Jackie Brenston Chess Records 1458 Rocket "88" (Ike Turner)

I want to first state that i am not an expert on vintage records at all. I am consigning this for someone that also has little experience with grading them or value. I have looked at comparable listings and have tried to list accordingly. I welcome any input from anyone. This is sold as is no returns. Please be advised. 
I do not know how to grade this properly as it does have some wear. I have graded it as worn. I do not have a turntable to test. There is obvious wear for a vintage album and if you need specific pictures, i can accommodate but it may take a day to do. FYI. Pictures are hard to capture to show wear and any ideas on how to take better pictures, i welcome.
From what i read online, this is one of the first recordings of rock n roll with Ike Turner on guitar. (Rocket 88) Below is some info that i have copied from online. It appears to be accurate but please understand i am no expert on these. Again, this is a as is sale. No returns.
Jackie Brenston an his Delta Cats. In March 1951, Sam Phillips recorded several songs by Ike Turners band in Memphis. Rocket "88", on which Jackie Brenston sang lead & was credited with writing, was given to Chicago's Chess Records for release.The song, released by Chess as Jackie Brenston and His Delta Cats, was a #1 R&B hit for over a month and has been referred to as the "first" Rock and Roll song by many.
