I am offering on this auction this RARE South African 78rpm pressing, on the Silver on Black ABC-PARAMOUNT label, of LLOYD PRICE, performing: SIDE 1: YOU NEED LOVE SIDE 2: STAGGER LEE The pressing number is ABC.4011. The side 1 matrix is 3415, and the side 2 matrix is 3416. This 78 comes with its original issue sleeve. CONDITION. Playing surfaces are in EXCELLENT-NEAR MINT Condition; there are no scratches or faults. This record has never seen any play. There is a small 1/4" chip on the edge, which does not affect the lead-in area. Labels are in EXCELLENT-NEAR MINT Condition, showing no signs of play (see photos). I am busy thinning my collection down, so I have listed many other 78 RPM 10" records, including many VERY SCARCE South African pressed ROCK & ROLL 78's, by different artists.
