Our GRADING for pskorst and bigbillkorst (our sister 78 record ebay names) is E+ (NM) - rarely use on 78s, E, E-, V+, V, V- and Poor. Packing We ship these antique, fragile shellac records in cardboard squares surrounded by padding, floating inside a 12" x 12" x 6" box. We have had less then 5 problem with damage on 5000 records shipped so far. Peter
78RPM Columbia 1463-D Ipana Troubadours, Nagasaki (this is probably Frank Teschemacher in a very famous clarinet part--my expert says) / Down Where the Sun Goes Down, nice V+ to E- This circa 1928 great 78 record is a sharp, above average V+E-, the pictures above make this look more worn then it is, this is actually fairly glossy with a bit more wear on the not as great side of Sun Down. The wear I would call medium on the Sun side and mild on the Nagasaki side, this has few light scratches and minor usage flaws, light stuff only on the scuffs and scratches, overall this is definately an above average condition 78 compared to most of these, nice shape, see my 8 photos, only have 1 of this. Spindle holes and labels have little to mild wear. Will be in the heavy paper sleeve it has been stored in the last 6-7 decades. This comes from a great old Jazz record collection. Graded visually.
