This is a real good set of discs for any collection.        Disc 1 demands some high prices and one fellow on ebay is asking over £50.00 for his copy.        Bill McGuffie went on to compose and play for the two big screen Dr Who films back in the mid 60s,while Big Bens Banjo Band        is none other than Norrie Paramor`s orch, and his discs are quite sought after.        Russ Conway is another who`s 78s are in demand.        Anton Karas continues his zither playing with a nice Decca issue, while Bert Weedon teaches us how to `Play In A Day `.        Ernie Ford is hilarious on his brilliant country boogie hit Blackberry Boogie and often turns up in the rock & roll section of record shops.        Enjoy this set of great records for a fraction of others asking prices.        Dig the 1950s        Dig vintage
