Our GRADING for pskorst and bigbillkorst (our sister 78 record ebay names) is  E+ (or NM) rarely use on 78s, E, E-, V+, V,   V- and Poor.   Packing  We ship these antique, fragile shellac records in cardboard squares surrounded by padding, floating inside a 12" x 12" x 5" box. We have had few problems with damage on the many 1000s of records we have shipped so far.  Peter

78RPM  Victrola 87284 WW1, World War One, Enrico Caruso, George M. Cohan, Over There, V+ to E- hair crack  This rare circa 1917 record is in a well kept V+ to E- condition, this has mild wear and a few flaws. I played this and I am no expert on play grades--and barely know what needle to use--this sounded like a 78 it sounded like it shhed while turning not sure if that is from the 1.5 inch fine non-feelable hair crack from edge (shown in the 6-8 photos above) or what--I thought hair cracks clicked (did not hear clicks)--also the worst visible flaw besides the hair crack is a small dig (9 + 10th photo above)--that almost jumped (2-3 clicks maybe--with 1 click jump) when it hit that but it played through on my player, see my 12 photos to judge the shellac for yourself, only have 1 of this. Graded visually and a sort of amateur play grade.  Spindle holes and labels have little wear.  Will be in the paper sleeve it has been stored in for 6-7 decades.
