I really want to give this record E+/E+ grading but it was improperly stored.
It doesn't affect the sound but I'm grading conservatively.
As you know, I use "or better" to denote that gray area between gradings.

with the VPI professional Record Washing System before they are graded.

Domestic Shipping Cost Policy:
EBAY will only allow $4.00 shipping costs but, as you know, 78rpms weigh a lot. THEREFORE:
One and/or two records will remain $4.00 shipping cost. Each additional record will add .50 to the $4.00 base shipping costs
