Description

Highly collectable 78rpm 12” shellac jazz/big band disc featuring Benny Goodman and his orchestra: Sing, Sing, Sing parts 1 and 2. UK HMV label C2936. This recording from 1937 has featured in many films and TV programmes over the years and was inducted into the Grammy Hall of Fame in 1982.

Condition is EX. Both sides have a great shine and just a couple of very minor surface marks which don’t affect play. Both sides play through very well with just the usual surface noise for a shellac disk of this age.  

Bright, clean labels with no writing. Supplied in a plain sleeve in good condition with no splits, no tears and no writing.

NOTE: Test played on specialist hi-fi equipment with light weight pick-up, not steel needle.

The item will be packed securely in layers of bubble wrap and thick card to prevent damage in transit. The postage cost includes packing materials and insurance.
