Description
Rare and collectable piece of history. Recorded highlights of the 1933 festival of remembrance on a 12" 78rpm gramophone record. Columbia picture label, catalogue number DX561.

This copy is in EX- condition. Both sides have a good shine, but there are a few blemishes to note, as follows, but none of these affect the play:
* some light surface marks * what looks like a small mold mark, probably a manufacturing fault. It's mainly visible on side 1, but can just be made out on side 2 as well.
* there is a very slight warp - I test played the disk on both sides with a light weight pick-up (not steel needle) and the warp wasn't enough to make the stylus jump.
Despite the issues listed, both sides play very well with very little surface noise. The labels are clean and bright with no writing and little sign of spindle wear.
Supplied in a stiched card sleeve branded "Ward's" with the HMV logo. Sleeve is in good condition with a few minor blemishes. Some details of the disk are written on the top right corner (see images).
The disk will be packed in layers of bubble wrap and thick card to prevent damage in transit.
