Postage & Packing:

In the unlikely event of an item being lost in the post, I will ALWAYS rectify the situation & claim from the carrier. Please note that an item is NOT deemed lost by Royal Mail until 15 working days have passed (25 days for international postage). Claims CANNOT be filed until after this period has elapsed
Proof of postage is ALWAYS obtained for every item sent and every order is automatically covered by insurance up to £39.00. If your order is more valuable please ask for extra insurance which is available for an extra charge
If your item has been damaged in transit please keep all packaging, a claim cannot be entertained without this
