This is for an original pressing of a record / 78rpm and ten inch and here is label information for both sides:

SIDE A - This has a Blue and white label "1926-2" and "84" is titled "Jelly Bean Blues" by Ma Rainey and Her Georgia Jazz Band and was recorded on UHCA Records.  Dead Wax / Matrix is marked "1926-2".

SIDE B - This has a Blue and white label "1927-2" and "83" is titled "Countin' the Blues" by Ma Rainey and Her Georgia Jazz Band and was recorded on UHCA Records.  Dead Wax / Matrix is marked "1927-2".

PLUS, this record comes in original 10" "plain Records" sleeve, please see picture.
