Description
Rare Indian press of this collectable jazz 78rpm 10" shellac gramophone record from 1951 - Miss Hue Lee singing in Chinese. Columbia label, catalogue number DB.30193.
Side A: Rose, Rose I love you. Matrix B597. The label shows some signs of age and wear (see images) but the disk surface is in EX condition, with a good shine and just a couple of very light marks. Plays through very well.
Side B: An Autumn Melody. Matrix B598. EX condition - a nice shine with just a couple of light marks and small light scratches but none affect play - plays through very well. Nice clean label.
Supplied in an original Indian Columbia paper sleeve with side stiching. This has some creases and signs of age and a split at the base (see images). The sleeve also has an ink stamp on each side, presumably from the shop where the disk was originally purchased (see final image).
The item will be packed securely in layers of bubble wrap and thick card to prevent damage in transit. The cost includes packing materials. If the disk arrives damaged, please let me know before you provide feedback and send a picture of the damage – I can usually arrange a refund.
