78rpm - Al Jolson - Souvenir Record 101 This record, promoted and produced by Harry Jolson, Al Jolson's brother, the year after his brother's death.
Jolson's brother Harry Jolson delivers a recorded Eulogy to Al on one side... "One More Song" Al Jolson sings "Du Host A Liebes Punim" (You Have A Lovely Face) on the reverse side. Harry Jolson's eulogy mentions he is sharing this "one more song" . . . ... the song is probably from a 1938 Jolson broadcast ... Harry Jolson is labeled as one of the song's writers, and it was probably recorded off the air for him when it was broadcast. (it sounds as if it was "cleaned up" and possibly had the sound enhanced for this issue)
