ARTIST: Vaughn Wilton Monroe (October 7, 1911 – May 21, 1973) was an American baritone singer, trumpeter and big band leader and actor, most popular in the 1940s and 1950s. He has two stars on the Hollywood Walk of Fame; for recording and radio.CONDITION: VINYL: flex all used and cleaned from dust, but if cleaned better should produce cleaner sound and prevent skips.
SOUND: I played each record. They all play solid, background noise is present! Orchestra dominates the sound if recorded louder, but quiet parts have some shhh and tick sounds heard! OVERALL SOLID PLAY for 78 rpm standards -
COVER JACKET: Original old sleeve called recordvelope. Good condition, some worn.
SHELLAC TENDS TO BREAK VERY EASILY! Always take in with 2 hands when placing it!
