Here are 8 private, often self-released, Wisconsin Rock 45s. Very tough to track all of these down individually, as several are quite rare.

John Joseph DeKeyser, most likely from the Milwaukee area. AOR pop rock original from DeKeyser on the A-Side, and a country rock number on the flip.

Very little is known about this one, we've never seen another copy pop up for sale at any point. Believed to be a Milwaukee recording, the A-Side is an AOR pop rocker written by Milwaukee legend Fred Bliffert (Freddie & the Freeloaders, Hound Dog Band, Jelly, and Freddy & the Blifftones).

Members of Eau Claire 50s/60s legends the Thundermen in the 80s...doing a killer hard rock number coupled with another that sounds from a different decade, almost a postpunk/new wave sound with 70s style harmonies. Great record!

New wave/synth pop group from Milwaukee, WI. They originally started off as a duo, but soon became a full-fledged four-man act. They ended up being chosen for a record deal thanks to a song they had on "93QM Hometown No. 2", which sampled Milwaukee bands that were active at the time. Despite the record being produced by Rick Derringer, it never got them anywhere. This is their only 45, released only as a PROMO.
