Description
8 Don Thompson theatre organ LPs, one autographed. Check out my other auctions this week and in the weeks to come--I'll be listing more small lots of theatre organ/Wurlitzer LPs. Many of them have sold for $25-$50 individually.
Each record has been visually graded, and the lot is sold as-is. They have all been cleaned and placed in brand new poly inner sleeves. They weren't dirty at all, other than normal bits of dust, so the grooves are in good shape. I've been doing this for a while, and I have a very good eye for grading visually--the ones I tested played at the grade level or better.
Grading scale:
NM Looks opened but unplayed.
NM- A light scuff or two.
EX A few light scuffs or non-sounding spotting.
EX- More light scuffs, a very light hairline or two.
VG+ Some scuffing, a few hairlines.
VG More scuffing, clusters of lighter scratches.
VG- Heavy scuffing, several scratches.
G Playable, hopefully without skipping. Several deeper scratches.
