Description
Here's an 8" x 10" publicity photo of Memphis piano giant Phineas Newborn, Jr. He has signed it in ballpoint pen, "Best wishes, Phineas Newborn Jr." The back bears the stamp of the photographer, Alan Ulmer of Memphis, and some handwritten notes.

This photo is in excellent condition overall. There are a couple of fingerprint smudges in the upper right hand corner that are invisible unless the photo is held up to a bright light at a certain angle. Any other perceived flaws are a consequence of glare and shadows in my auction scans. The size of the image is 7-1/4" x 7-1/4".
