A CERTAIN RATIO - THE GRAVEYARD AND THE BALLROOM FACTORY RECORDS FACT 16 UK 1980 ORIGINAL FIRST ONE-BUTTON 'GREY/BROWN POUCH ' ISSUE - GREY/BEIGE CASSETTE WITH DARK BLUE LABELS Rare original first issue of cassette only release on Factory Records from 1980 by artistic electro punk funk band from Manchester - there are many original variants of the cassette with pouch in various colours and with one or two buttons (with different inserts inside) and with the cassette either white, grey or black (see my other listings for more variants). I'm almost convinced that this 'grey pouch' variant with the grey/beige cassette with dark blue labels is the very first original issue as it was the one that I bought at the time before different colour variants emerge, not proof enough maybe but it is what I think. A nice rare and original item from the punk and new wave scene of the early '80s and in very nice condition. CONDITION (I don't use higher than ex/ex) cover: vg+ cassette: vg+ * I wouldn't put ex for these old cassettes (although most are unused or played once) as there are always little problems like minor creases or dirt on cover plus the sound quality would be low anyway and could play with minor defects, depending on the quality of the equipment (play-tested on mine which is average).
