Description
A Hard Day's Night by the Beatles.

First UK stereo pressing to the best of my knowledge. These are very difficult to find in any condition due to the vast majority of Beatles records from this era being pressed in mono.
Firstly, the record:
Visually very impressive. Both labels are clean & unmarked with minimal spindle wear indicating a lesser played copy. Generally clean & pleasing to the eye with no deep impact damage.
I have play tested this record (no *visual testing only* nonsense) & it sounds just as fantastic as it looks. Crisp & clear without even much between track crackle. A couple of vague pops towards the end of side A is the only notable deterioration in sound to my ear.. otherwise time warp quality.
Secondly, the sleeve:
Generally pretty immaculate. Strong clean & undamaged apart from a small section of flipback missing at the bottom right corner. A wonderfully sharp legible spine. The pictures tell a thousand words.
Further notes:
G & L flipback sleeve;
KT tax code on side B;
Mid sized stereo caption on sleeve;
Rare TNR font on labels.
In summary a great collectable at a realistic starting price.
