THIS COVER IS IN EXCELLENT CONDITION,GIVEN THAT IT IS 53 YEARS OLD.
THE LAMINATE COVERING IS IN TOP CONDITION,NO SPLITS OR LIFTING,JUST SOME TINY RUB WEAR TO THE EDGES.
THE FLIPBACKS ARE ALL INTACT .
THIS IS THE ORIGINAL VERY 1ST COVER THAT WAS MADE IN 1958 (SEE DATE BOTTOM LEFT CORNER PICTURE)AND NOT THE LATER NON-FLIPBACK SLEEVES FROM THE 1960'S THAT MORE COMMONLY APPEAR ON EBAY.
THIS IS THE REAL 1ST COVER,AND IN FABULOUS CONDITION.
THE ORIGINAL "FFSS" INNERSLEEVE IS IN NEAR MINT CONDITION WITH VIRTUALLY NO YELLOWING OR CREASING.
OVERALL A VERY RARE 1ST PRESSING SLEEVE AND INNERSLEEVE IN MEGA RARE CONDITION.YOU HONESTLY WILL NOT FIND BETTER!

THIS VINYL IS THE ORIGINAL 1958 1ST PRESSING WHICH IS VERY CLOSE TO NEAR MINT CONDITION.
I HAVE SEEN QUITE A FEW COPIES OF THIS LP ON EBAY BUT THEY ARE ALWAYS LATER PRESSINGS AND THEY ARE NEARLY ALWAYS OVERPRICED!
I HAVE SET THE PRICE REALISTICALLY TO REFLECT THE CONDITION AND THE ORIGINALITY OF THIS PRESSING.
ALL THE INDICATIONS OF 1958 PRESSING ARE HERE IE: WIDEBAND LABEL WITH THE GROOVE RUNNING ROUND THE LABEL 1CM IN,"ORIGINAL RECORDING" AT 10 O'CLOCK, "MADE IN ENGLAND AT THE BOTTOM OF THE LABEL.
NO SCRATCHES OR NASTY MARKS,NO SPINDLE MARKS.

PLAYS EXCELLENT THROUGHOUT BOTH SIDES WITH NO SKIPS OR JUMPS.
IF YOU ARE A SERIOUS COLLECTOR OF THE EARLY STEREO RECORDS THEN YOU CANT AFFORD NOT TO HAVE THIS LP IN YOUR COLLECTION AS IT SHOWCASES THE VERY 1ST STEREO LPS THAT WERE FIRST SOLD IN THE UK IN 1958,THE YEAR THIS RECORD WAS MADE AND SOLD BY DECCA.
All my listings are from my personal collection.I am selling these with some regret,however please rest assured that I will accurately describe the condition as per The Record Collector's Guide's parameters:
MINT: The record itself is in brand new condition with no surface marks or deteriation in sound quality.The cover and any extra items such as the lyric sheet,booklet or poster are in perfect condition.Records advertised as unsealed or Unplayed should be mint.
EXCELLENT : The record shows some signs of having been played,but there is very little lessening in sound quality.The cover and packaging may have some slight wear and/or creasing.
VERY GOOD : The record has obviously been played many times,but displays no major deterioration in sound quality,despite noticieable surface marks and the occasional light scratch.Normal wear and tear on the cover or extra items,without any major defects, is acceptable.
GOOD : The record has been played so much that the sound quality has noticeably deteriorated,perhaps with some distortion and mild scratches.The cover and contents suffer from folding,scuffing of edges,spine splits,discoloration,etc.
