VG+ (Cover has a little wear on edges and corners - nothing serious)
/VG++ (VERY clean vinyl!! only 2-3 very faint hairlines)

Shipping to Russia can be very slow - expect arrival anytime between 7 days to 2 months.... most times it goes much faster than that.
But I have never experienced that a buyer did not recieve his or her record..
