THIS very rare picture disc was manufactured
and released in tiny quantities, it might actually
be a single, unique copy - no one knows
how many actually exist, as the legendary Eddie Engel,
who owned this label and released tons of amazing and
interesting Doo-Wop and "Teen" pop, passed away in 2021.
We do know it was pressed at PRI in Wyandanch, New York,
and that plant was, shall we say, "creative" about how to
manufacture these: "PRI sometimes pressed primitive
picture discs made by cutting the cover art of a release
in a circle and encasing it in a clear vinyl pressing.
These were very limited pressings!"
It is quite possible that this picture disc, as well as
other similar titles, are one-of-a-kind and unique,
and may have been pressed as a favor, or as "one-off"
experiments to work out manufacturing issues.
None of our copies for sale (or auction) have appeared
for sale on eBay in the past, as far as we can tell.
