A NEW PLACE TO LIVE ( self titled)
CONDITION:
heavy gatefold cover: VG+(+)
lite shelf wear/soiling ~ lite wear/fray to edges & corners( tiny bumps to upper right onr)
small(1") surface paper tear in upper left corner ~ see scan
vinyl : VG+(+)
lite groovewear~a few small minor lite surface marks/smudges & few lite scratches/hairlines/needlemark
( some are multi-track) ~ superficial only ~very tiny cluster of grit marks on a couple of the tracks
~ superficial only ~ does not affect play integrity,but, makes quick lite crackle ~ remainder plays
excellent,but, with a few odd lite clicks & some occasional lite surface noise/soft crackle here & there
~ all low level ~ does not compete, but, noticeable between tracks & in quieter moments
