The booklet has some faint foxing on a couple of pages and a light crease down the centre where it has been folded at sometime. Nevertheless it is intact and in very good condition, no tears or major damage, large format 10″ X 11″ 16 pages.
The bottom of the box has a split along one edge and has some minor wear to a couple of the corner points, otherwise it is in good condition, intact and solid.
All 4 records are in near mint condition, very clean, no scratches or scuffs and no spindle marks on the labels.

All records are graded using Record Collector Magazine(UK equivalent of Goldmine) standards.

MINT The record itself is in brand new condition with no surface marks or deterioration in sound quality. The cover and any extra items are in perfect condition. Records advertised as Sealed or Unplayed should be Mint.
EXCELLENT The record shows some signs of having been played but there is very little lessening in sound quality. The cover and packaging might have slight wear and/or creasing.
VERY GOOD The record has obviously been played many times but displays no major deterioration in sound quality, despite noticeable surface marks and the occasional light scratch. Normal wear and tear on the cover and extra items, without any major defects, is acceptable.
Grading can be fine tuned by adding + or - (or Near Mint)
