You are bidding on an Original, black vinyl and white print 5 3/4" in diameter flexi~~33 1/3 RPM record from Eva-Tone~~EVT 8-4-64. FREE RECORD--A SURPRISE GIFT FROM THE BEATLES, THE BEACH BOYS AND THE KINGSTON TRIO!
For starters, I am not a record collector. I found this record today, sandwiched between other early flexi records I bought at an auction months ago. This record has no dust jacket. There are no needle scratches. This is why I called this record~~new vs. used. My thought is, this record has never been played. This is why I have so many pictures, you be the judge. Too me, the other flexi's in the stack which I will be listing also look factory fresh. I refuse to play this record. The dust particles were left on this record because I didn't have the correct cloth. You are buying this record as found.
According to the Vinyl Records Collectors Guide, I rate this record NM:
NEAR MINT or NM, M- : this record appears virtually flawless A very minor scuff and very little else can appear on the vinyl. It should play without any noise over the flaw. The flaw is very hard to see. The cover looks as close to perfect with only minor signs of wear and or age. Minor impressions to the cover (due to the outer edge of the vinyl resting inside) may be acceptable, however the artwork is be as close to perfect as can be.
I cannot rate this record mint because it didn't come in a dust jacket. Besides, over the years, being sandwiched between other flexi's, it cannot be mint, the way I view it.
