Hello and welcome. Beginning in the 1960s, I made it my goal to collect every 5-star record still available, and I continued my search for 40 years. While not all the records I list for sale reached that lofty goal, they do represent an undying search for the unique and wonderful in the world of sound. I'm happy to be able to offer them to you now. Here is what you're bidding on:  
TITLE & ARTIST: "Appalachian Spring/The Tender Land Suite" - by Aaron Copland/Boston Symphony Orchestra on the RCA Victor Red Seal Records label (LSC-2401), in beautiful original STEREO sound, issued circa 1960. 
CONDITION: JACKET - Near Mint(Jacket has very light age and corner wear; NOTE: Includes original lined inner sleeve - please see actual album in photos); VINYL - Near Mint(Vinyl is shiny and glows with vitality - visually examined using special daylight balanced spotlight).
SPECIAL FEATURES: Rare early Red Seal Stereo version of Aaron Copland's "Appalachian Spring/The Tender Land" recording of his famous music of America. As the notes say: "This disc marks the first recording of The Tender Land Suite and the first recording by Mr. Copland of Appalachian Spring." Don't miss this extremely rare treasure, one of the finest, in superb condition.

SS (Still Sealed as from the factory); NM (Near Mint - our highest grade; the vinyl has only a very few light marks that do not affect play); VG++ (Very Good Plus Plus - a few more light marks than Near Mint; still a great record that plays near perfectly); VG+ (Very Good Plus - an enjoyable, played and loved, obviously used but still listenable record, usually with some light pops, but free of major audible distraction; jacket may be lightly worn, slightly dinged, even very lightly split, but NEVER trashed); VG (Very Good) and below - we usually do NOT sell these, but if we have some good reason to offer such a record, we will explain completely).
