BLACK CATALOG NUMBER ON SPINE. NOT THE 1974 OR RECENT RE-ISSUE OR LATER PRESSINGS

1st press of this soul / funk classic new, in the original, unbroken factory wraps. I scored this this weekend from a former 1960s record store owner, who had kept this in storage in his basement for 45+ years. I bought ~50 of his late-60s new old-stock/still-in-shrink vinyl records, mostly funk and worldbeat, completely cleaning me out in the process. I'm selling this gem so I can eat something besides vintage wax.

NEW / NEVER OPENED! What an amazing copy - no bends, dents, creases, edge chips, breaks, splits to sleeve. Cover is bright and unfaded - my flash photos only look drab. Very minor curved near-invisible stress line with no color loss at back cover edge. Completely intact cover - no drills, promo punch, notching or similar defacement. Super-glossy shrink-wrap makes this a tough one to photograph!

Shrink is unbroken and clean. Very minor round scuff to front/back record shape. No shrink split at sleeve opening. Corners are sharp, with only a mild shrink chip/mild fray to upper right corner. Shrink has usual factory "H" wrap & breather holes, price sticker at left corner. Small front shrink oval snag at the "N" in Neville (no color loss), very minor hourglass-shaped accordion snag at front bottom middle (see pic) and tiny shrink fleabites at back bottom edges with no color loss. Absolutely no evidence of this ever having been opened or being a re-wrap.

Did I mention it's NEW, IN ORIGINAL UNBROKEN SHRINK?!
