Description
Any ABBA-fan worth their salt (and indeed any avid record collector) knows that Sång Till Görel is simply the holy grail of rare ABBA songs.
Recorded as a 30th birthday present for Görel Hanser, Vice President of Polar Music, only 50 copies of the song were pressed on 12" blue vinyl and given to guests at the party, copies of which now go for £2,000+ (!!).
Who is lucky enough to have ABBA record them their own private song?? During the ABBA years, Görel handled the contracts with the many labels around the world who released the group’s records. She also became ABBA’s personal manager, dealing with the press and accompanying them on their tours and promotional trips and remains their good friend.
I am offering you the chance to own this incredibly rare track and be the envy of record collectors and ABBA fans around the world. With ABBA's music enoying yet another renaissance thanks to the absurd success of Mamma Mia, a whole new generation of fans are discovering this legendary quartet and keen to discover and collect the rarities hidden beind their canon of super-hits.
This listing is for a rare 7" pressing of the rare track Sang Till Gorel and is in EXCELLENT CONDITION, as you can see in the photographs, with only minimal wear to the sleeve. Please do your research on this item before bidding and read this listing carefully, I'm not going to answer any silly questions and sales are final. Though few are quite as rare as this, I do have some other very very rare ABBA items for sale too that you may be interested in, so please do check out my other listings! Very best of luck!! Happy bidding!!
