ABBA - 'The Best of ABBA' - superb 5 LP box set

I have been a music fan and vinyl enthusiast since the early 1970s and I am selling a large range of records featuring a very wide variety of musical styles. They are all authentic original pressings, featuring quality music mostly from the 1970s and 1980s.
They have all been very well cared for, though I will give an honest appraisal of their condition and will put up plenty of photos of the actual items for sale so you can see exactly what you are bidding on. I always endeavour to highlight anything which I think that I would like to be made aware of before deciding to place a bid, so I do tend to grade critically.
All these records are deep cleaned using a professionally constructed wet vacuum system using only the highest purity record cleaning fluid so the vinyl is all very clean, glossy and dust free. Everything listed is, at the very least, very thoroughly test played, (minimum of at least 4-5 tracks across both sides) though almost always played right through on a quality deck and I apply high standards to my vinyl and would never list a record that I would not be perfectly happy to have in my own cherished record collection. In the case of rare or particularly interesting vinyls, I may list records which may fall short in some way of my usual standards, but this would always be very clearly highlighted in the descriptions.
I visually inspect every record under very bright light using an inspection lamp.
A note regarding the most important matter of all - the audio - as with all vinyl, even straight out of the cellophane, there can be light crackle or very light 'pops' during the quiet passages. I have listened carefully, at the very least in part, to all these records, so I will highlight in the descriptions any aspects of the audio playback which I consider to be outside the parameters of the very high standards I apply to my own listening. Please be assured that I would never sell 'fried breakfasts', only high quality records.

'The Best of ABBA' - original 1982 vinyl 5 album box set in excellent condition. 
The vinyl is all in pretty immaculate condition and retains its original glossy sheen with only the very lightest of wispy superficial hairlines, if any, visible in bright light and this is certainly reflected in the audio which is superb throughout. Produced by CBS for the Reader's Digest, these pressings are absolutely top drawer. I played all 5 of these 'albums' (although compilations obviously, they do have a feeling of albums in their own right - and what a sensational record 2 side 2 would make) right through and the audio is superb. 
***PLEASE NOTE*** record 1, side 2 has one 10mm light but visible hairline scratch which causes light ticks to the first chorus of the track 'Eagle'. Once played through this little fault, the album continues with really excellent playback.
The glossy box features a very quintessential of the period group photograph and is in excellent condition with just a couple of little areas of small indented lines to the front, but barring that this presentation box remains in very nice condition. 
Each album is housed in a card Robert Stace produced sleeve. All numbered and featuring a host of full colour photographs, this album is really nicely packaged indeed. There is just a little knifing to the top of the sleeves and a very light hint of foxing to the card, but all in all this album is in good shape and remains very presentable. The vinyls are all housed in their original poly-lined inners, a nice detail which has ensured that these vinyls haven't been subjected to the usual removal wear from bare card inner sleeves.

This record in a nutshell :  a quite superb set of 5 records from the world's greatest pop/rock band. Covering a 9 year period from 1972-1981, not only does this album feature a quite incredible array of worldwide hits but what really makes this set something a bit special are the equally superb songs but which get less exposure, too many to list, but 'Rock Me', 'Watch Out' and 'One Man, One Woman' are just fabulous, yet rarely, if ever get an outing on the radio.  The vinyls are all in lovely condition* and the packaging is nicely preserved and this quality box set would make a great addition to anyone's playing rock/pop vinyl collection.
