This item has been listed as Damaged / For Parts because it has either failed our testing procedure, we have been unable to complete a thorough enough test or there is damage to the product beyond reasonable wear and tear. In most instances, the products that we list in this condition are easily restored back to an excellent working condition, so will often make really great bargains! Shipping and Customer Collections

Where stated, free shipping to all Mainland UK address's is available however larger items are charged at a rate of £34.00. All shipping costs are detailed in full on each individual listing page. International shipping is available on smaller items to, France, Germany and Ireland only at a postage cost of £17.00.

Customers purchasing more than one item are automatically approved for combined shipping, however this does depend on the weight and size of each item won. Please allow 24 hours, for a combined invoice to be sent, prior to making payment. Unfortunately if payment has already been submitted, prior to the combined invoice being sent, we are unable to offer this service.

Please note, collections can be arranged, from ST6 4LN,Tuesday to Friday, between 10am and 5pm, however 24 hours notice is required before collecting the item(s). Upon the auction ending, please confirm by email, the item(s) won, the day for collection and what payment method will be used, to ensure a member of the team is available to hand over the item(s). Our accepted method of payment is PayPal or Cash only.

*Data Erasure

The customer will carry out memory wiping services on relevant purchased Merchandise. This will be done as a secure data wipe performed to a standard acceptable to data protection laws and that ensures that none of the personal information saved on the device by any user can be recovered or retrieved by any means.

Bargainwarehouse2013 and our customers shall treat all data on Merchandise as confidential and shall not disclose it to any unauthorised persons or allow any unauthorised persons to gain access to this data. The customer shall immediately inform Bargainwarehouse2013 upon finding offensive data or information indicating criminal activity or intent on any product.

The customer, where legally obliged to do so, report such findings to the relevant authorities, such as police or relevant law enforcement agency and inform Bargainwarehouse2013 that the relevant authorities have been informed of any such findings. The customer accepts all liability for any claims resulting from the unauthorised disclosure of 'personal data' (as defined by the Data Protection Act 1998) this is stored on merchandise.

The data wipe standard for Hard Disk Drives will be DOD 5220.22M. The standard for all other product lines will be in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998. The customer shall keep accurate records of all data wiping by item, serial number and method used to wipe and Bargainwarehouse2013 reserves the right to demand copies of such records to ensure that the customer is compliant.
