Description
Still Sealed copy of: Accused / Rejectors - Split LP - Released in 1983 on Fatal Erection Records
This split LP was the Accused's first vinyl, and the Rejectors second after their classic Thoughts of War E.P. on Fartz Records. At the time this was recorded in early '83, both of these bands were playing straight ahead (NOT straight edge) hardcore punk. By '84, the Accused sound was becoming more "metal". As a result, their original singer, John Dahlin decided to quit the band, soon to be replaced by Blaine of the Fartz & Ten Minute Warning fame. This LP captures the Accused before their self described Splatter-core sound. On both sides, each band storms through the same songs that would typically make up their early 80’s live sets . This LP has 14 songs by the Accused, and 13 songs by the Rejectors.
