Another from my personal collection of over 50,000 albums that I have aquired over a period of more than 45 years! An awesome original Austalian Pressing of AC/DC Highway to hell.
This album package has obviously been played but certainly not overplayed in my opinion.
This vinyl is the original and free from any warping. Wow what a great sounding album so raunchy this will be hard to beat in my opinion. On inspection this vinyl looks very clean with just minor light surface marks to mention only importantly no deep audio sounding marks or scratches, at least n0 marks that would cause any loud constant clicks or pops.. Any other marks that could possibly be seen would be sleeve removal only. A beautiful sounding copy rich and very vibrant only found like this on the earliest pressings!! This is complete with the original deleted Flame cover. Australian Printed un-laminated original card type cover in very straight condition also. Normally this album is found in a terrible state looking very worn, but this cover is strong and straight and on inspection looks excellent in my opinion. Very, very hard to ever find like this after over 40 years. A beautiful looking Archive audio copy.

The labels
The original black Albert labels are in awesome condition! Minor light spider marks can be seen angled to the light, (no) real spindle ware thee hole is perfectly round. This has been played but certainly not overplayed in my opinion.
The vinyl
The vinyl is absolutely superbe! On initial visual inspection this looks superb and still retains its sheen from new and is free of any warping and lays flat on he turntable. When angled to the light there are just very minor light surface marks noted only, but nothing that would cause any loud constant clicks or pops. In the last 39 years this has been stored in a case with the vinyl separated from the sleeve and cover. This is how I have always stored my records. Any othr marks that could possibly be seen would be sleeve removal only.
The Audio Quality
I have played this through track for track prior to listing at very very loud volume on a top system! WOW What an album the audio is awesome throughout! The moment the needle hits the playing surface it is obvious this vinyl has never been played at all in my opinion! The audio quality is as you would expect from a vinyl that has barely been played, superbe, TOP, TOP, TOP! crystal clear and extremely vibrant through out! Please note that this vinyl has been laying dormant in a case since I purchased it and will need a constant clean before each play to reduce any static or crackle. This played through superbly woth unbelievable audio separation, that I haven’t heard like this before and stunning bassey feel throughout. This vinyl has been stored separately from the cover in a poly sleeve for all of its storage life! This is the way I always have stores my records! The audio on this pressing in my opinion is superb throughput! Even in between tracks this is almost quiet with just light static due to needing a constant cleaning in my opinion ! This is the I would class myself as highly critical and this is a truly exceptional sounding vinyl. I would grade the audio at least excellent plus to near as mint through out!
Please note! That i always make this disclaimer! That although I never heard any loud clicks or pops during the play of this record please allow for the odd static/ tick , certainly not consistent throughout the audio, but this is a genuine 43 year old vinyl that would have been played on a 43 year old system!
Points to note! This has been stored in a case laying dormant for at least 43 years! A build up of dirt and dust in the grooves from laying dormant causes static crackle\ticks! A constant clean before each play is recommended ! This would reduce any static and enhance the audio quality! There was isolated light static tick heard which will be reduced if cleaned each time before play. The vinyl has only been ever played one time by me!

The Cover
This is the original Ausys un- laminated card type cover! These original covers are very difficult to keep in good condition! There are no splits or tears! Rare to find without nasty ring wear No nasty creases on the front or rear any that there are, are feint an you have to really look for angled to the light to notice in my opinion. All text is fully legible at the spine. Truly remarkable for 39 years old! I would grade the cover at least excellent in my opinion! There is the original import tax duty stamp/sticker stuck at the rear. Rare to find like this highly collectable and sought after.
