AC/DC POWERAGE RARE 1978 AUST OZ ALBERTS BLUE LABEL LP BON SCOTT. Condition is Very good.

AC/DC - "Powerage" - LP - original 1978 Australian Alberts label album complete with its original cover as it was released - please view the pictures

catalogue # is APLP-030

The labels are in Excellent condition

The vinyl is in vg condition, glossy with some minor surface marks, plays really well (punchy, strong, no skips whatsoever) with only very occasional surface noise.

The cover is in vg condition, shelf wear consistent with a record of this age. Please request any additional pictures you require. As I said, it's the best playing first pressing of AC/DC's best album that I've heard.

One thing to note is that there is a split in the spine of the cover, which is quite worn. On that basis I'll downgrade the cover from vg to good+ for the spine. As discussed in the description above, the front cover and back cover have some creases consistent with the age of the record with only minimal ring wear.

An additional note on playback of the album. There is surface noise for a few seconds at the beginning of RocknRoll Damnation and more crackles/surface noise on Down Payment Blues and a few clicks and surface noise at the quieter points on Side Two. It plays well (as one would expect from an Albert pressing) and I love listening to it more than any of my other pressings but I wanted to make sure that its clear that this is a VG record. Riff Raff, for example, sounds absolutely great. Any more questions, please let me know. Thanks.
