Top Copy. Archival.
These, and most other Vinyl records, were not factory sealed in Australia (some record shops did seal them at the shop, but very rarely) - so technically this is Mint, but as it is unsealed, I will grade as NM to be consistent, but this is as good as it can get.
Alberts, Australian First issue, Alberts Blue Label - in immaculate condition - Like New, straight from the record shop.... make that the factory, it is honestly THAT good.
The Vinyl looks un-played, the sleeve looks brand new.
Impossibly rare in this condition.
