Sleeve Condition - GOOD+ - The gatefold sleeve is in good condition. Some general signs of shelf wear/handling/age and some general wear on the edges and spine. The top edge has a tape repair where the edge glue has obviously dried out and split, but this could be carefully removed and the sleeve re-glued. 

Record Condition - GOOD+ - The record has some light sleeve lives/marks, and a few light visible scuffs, but they don't appear to be very serious or be anything that should affect play too much. I recommend giving this a clean as I can see some dust etc on there.
