This is a rare one to find in this version - from ACE SPECTRUM, a Test Advance Demo Pressing of their single DON'T SEND NOBODY ELSE. By the Atlantic staff, these pressings would be called a TEST PRESSING, ADVANCE TEST, or a PROMO/DEMO TEST. It's on ATLANTIC RECORDS #3012, vinyl 45 RPM 7" single, pressed and released 1974. These are essentially a pressing between a very limited Audio Test Pressing and a regular Promotion/Demo/DJ Copy. These were manufactured before a promotion / regular DJ was issued and are pressed in a smaller limited quantity than normal DJ/Demo/Promo copies - they also feel just a bit heavier than the regular pressings.
Sometimes these were given to the home office personel and in some instances sent to the promotion field staff of Atlantic Records to whip them up about the record so they could then go to radio stations to promote the heck outta' the record once they received their regular promo copies.

The Test Advance copies had no logo - the label is all white with typewriter / block style printing on the white background - it shows the title, record number, artist, time, and configuration. Artist: ACE SPECTRUM. Title: DON'T SEND NOBODY ELSE : MONO SIDE b/w STEREO SIDE. Time > 3:20 . Record #3012 with matrix # A-29220 SP (mono side)/ST A-29220 SP (stereo side). In the trail-off / dead wax is hand written/printed - "A 29220 1 AT" on the mono side, and on the stereo side in the trail-off/dead wax - "ST-A-29220-2 AT". There's also a hard to see S with what looks like a "p" in the top of the S and a "c" in the bottom of the S. I am almost certain this stands for the pressing plant - Sterling Pressing Company.
The record company name is not listed where the logo designation normally is, however, along the rim of the label it states in very small print: Mfg Atlantic Recording Company 75 Rockefeller Plaza NY NY.

These are very rare - this one has never been played and has been stored by me since it was released, bright, shiney, clean, no scratches, pristine - the 45 RPM 7" single vinyl is in MINT CONDITION.
