Record Label: Two-Tone (aka 2-Tone) Records, marketed by Chrysalis Records Ltd.

Material: ACETATE
Condition: In single DJ ownership since made. DJ obtained commercial copy upon release, thus seldom played, would qualify for a retailer / collector rating between "Excellent" and "Mint". Thus the eBay classification "Used" just applies, but for all collecting purposes this is almost "New".

Age: No date evidence on this acetate. Since Record Co's do not normally make additional acetates after the release of the commercial production vinyl, seller (see Background below) can guarantee 1980 as year of manufacture - thus the item is 31 years old!
Background: Gift given to local DJ @ a General Wolf gig (Coventry) in 1980 by senior Two Tone personality (identity reveled to winning bidder if requested).
ACETATES are test pressings, not generally viable for the record buying public, due to their thicker material content and the fact each is hand made. They allow Artists to sign-off their record or the production staff to identify any flaws in the pressing prior to making the commercial order. Thus very few are made, with fewer leaving the control of record companies / artists.
