RECORD GRADING:  I grade conservatively, so that my buyers are pleasantly surprised rather than disappointed when their record arrives. I do NOT give a grade to the label. Instead, I take close-up pictures of the labels, so you can see any imperfections.  
This is an unknown acetate out of Miami, Florida. Judging by the phone number of the studio, which only has 5 digits, it was possibly recorded in the 1960's. It is an 8" record with 33 1/3 RPM. The recording is very strange. Side one contains both songs, plus a short commercial for manufacturing products that is completely separate from the two songs. It is at the beginning of the record. I am guessing that someone recorded the commercials first and then the songs were recorded at a later date. Side two also contains the same type commercial / advertisement, but is longer. I have included pictures of the grooves on side one to show that the commercial is completely separate from the two songs.            VINYL SOUND CONDITION:  (VG+) It has light background noise throughout.   VINYL VISUAL CONDITION:  (VG+) It has some light scuffs/scratches. On side two, where there is no music, a very small piece of "vinyl" is off on the edge, but it is not peeling. It appears that it was bumped at some point, but it has no effect on the music.
