Alright, we know the routine, these records are always beat and not taken care of.......except this one.  WOW.  Cleanest copy I ever saw.  Looks new.  The record has the classic paper scorching marks on it from being store in a California garage, outside of this cosmetic issue, this would be rated mint.  Sound quality is 10 out of 10, couldn't find a better sounding copy.  The cover and insert are close to mint. MOFI sleeved.
