Description
Hard-to-find ADVENTURES OF SHERLOCK HOLMES, read by BASIL RATHBONE - Talking Book / Audio Book, GL 611, four stories, complete and unabridged, on five 7-inch records that play at 16 rpm, in the original booklet sleeve that has five separate slips and text on 6 panels, released in 1958. The company had a special adapter that made it so you could play them at 33 rpm (it was sold separately and is not included here).
Condition is VG+/Good (Acceptable): (the records are glossy and range from VG+ to EX with occasional hairlines and/or minor scuffs, and two sides have a scratch that will cause some ticks; one label on each record has a library sticker, and the other label of each has small bit of writing; the jacket has black cloth tape to the spine, some heavy cover rubbing, tape to four of the seams and splitting to the untaped ones, and tape along the inside of the spine between two of the pages/slips; first two panels have some scarring and three panels have short ink note).
