Description

Tommy Boy Records TB 823, this is an original US pressing - NOT a recent reissue - of the classic Afrika Bambaataa & The Soul Sonic Force 12" of "Planet Rock".  A side has the vocal version & bonus beats, while B side has the 9 minute instrumental.  This is the orange label pressing!  This is a one of a kind version of this single, as the stock white jacket was signed by Afrika Bambaataa plus Soul Sonic Force members MC G.L.O.B.E., and Pow Wow.  Also included is the original gig flyer for a 1982 Memorial Day weekend show at Upskate Roller Disco in New Windsor, NY where the jacket was signed!  Stock jacket is in NM-, showing some minor handling; all the signatures are clean and clear as shown in accompanying photos.  Vinyl is a shiny and clean EX, showing a few minor paper marks.  Playback is solid throughout, while labels are crisp with no spindle wear.  The flyer has been folded, but it too is in excellent condition.  Buyer pays $9.50 priority or $4.00 media shipping in the US, $16.75 airmail overseas.  Thanks for looking and good luck!
