Description

This is the LP “After Tea”, obviously the self titled and only LP by “After Tea” from 1968. This is exceptionally rare pop pyshe issued only on the UK “ACE OF CLUBS” label, which was part of the Decca Record Company. Catalogue number ACL-R 1251. Killer psyche artwork too!! This is the original UK / Dutch line up, which includes Ray Fenwick on guitar and vocals, who left the band after this LP and joined the Spencer Davis Group. The other members of this band include Hans Van Eijck, Polle Eduard and Martin Hague. Great music, consistent and hugely underrated pop psyche - with great trippy guitar work, weird phased druggy bits, fine organ, great psychy lyrics and production. LP is in near perfect condition. Some would describe this as totally mint - I’d say it has very very slight sleeve ware from storage, front of sleeve is perfect, all lamination intact and shiny, back has very slight and almost unnoticeable ringwear. As for the vinyl, almost unplayed. One small, light mark on track one only visible under harsh light, does not effect play at all. So I’d say NM for both LP and sleeve. Exceptional condition. A rare record indeed. No reserve. UK cash and paypal accepted. I ship anywhere, buyer pays postage. Any questions and for full tracklisting please email me. Sorry about the dull picture, but if I use flash the LP turns all white!
