AGAPE "SAME"  CALLED GOSPEL HARD ROCK BUT I DON;T SEE IT ANYWHERE  (U.S.MARK MRS170) 1971 CVR IS VG+...HAS WEAR BUT IS INTACT, NO WRITING CUTOUT HOLES....THE DISC IS M- VISUALLY...SOLID VINYL
Some of these tracks are slow blues, while the rest are relatively standard rock, all with Christian lyrics. Vocalist/guitarist Fred Cabin is   flashy, though competent. His style is adequate for a rock band, but on the tracks which veer toward a power-trio style, he often delivers on the track's full potential. Vocally, he sounds remarkably like Jonathan Richman. Y The album production is quite impressive for a private release, and some songs feature psychedelic influences in that production, via the use of echo. Also included are some fuzz and wah-wah guitar effects.
